REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Magic Miner. We take pride in offering quality products and services. Please review our refund policy carefully, as it applies to every purchase through our website.

1. RETURNS & RESTOCKING FEES

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. If you return an item due to a change of mind, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please note that shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable unless we state otherwise.

To qualify for a return, items must remain in the same condition as when you received them and include the original packaging.

2. WARRANTY INFORMATION

All products come with a standard 6-month warranty.

This warranty covers repair or replacement, whichever we consider most suitable.

Please be aware that the warranty becomes void if anyone tampers with, modifies, or overclocks the product.

3. REPAIRS & DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If a product becomes defective after the warranty expires, we offer paid repair services for certain products, depending on parts and labor availability.

  • If you decline the repair and prefer a return, the standard restocking fee will apply.

  • If we complete the repair and send the item back, no restocking fee applies.

  • If you request a return after we finish the repair, the standard restocking fee will apply.

4. DAMAGE OR LOST PACKAGES

All orders remain subject to the carrier’s terms while in transit. If an item gets lost or damaged during shipping:

  • You must contact us to file a claim.

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for high-value parcels. Without insurance, orders may not qualify for a full refund or replacement.

5. EXCHANGES

We test all products before shipping. We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, please email business@magicminer.cc before shipping and provide a detailed explanation.

6. RETURN PROCESS (RMA REQUIRED)

All returns require prior approval. Please email business@magicminer.cc to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We will not accept returns that you send without prior approval.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Domestic Customers (China): We will provide a return label or discuss return shipping arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

  • International Customers: You must cover the return shipping costs. For international returns, please use a trackable shipping service and clearly label the package as “Return” or “Return for Repair” for customs. If you fail to label it properly, delays or extra charges may occur, and you will be responsible for those costs.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot refund the following items:

  • Hardware wallets and seed backups

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, services, or support

  • Health and personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Perishable goods

  • Promotional or gift items

Please do not return products to the manufacturer unless we instruct you to do so.

9. PARTIAL REFUNDS

We may grant partial refunds in these cases:

  • You return items that are damaged or missing parts (when we did not cause the issue).

  • You send the return after 30 days but still within the acceptable window.

10. REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether we approve or reject the refund. If we approve it, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Please remember that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we specify otherwise.

11. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account or payment account.

  2. Contact your payment provider, such as your credit card company, bank, or crypto wallet service.

  3. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at business@magicminer.cc.

12. SALE ITEMS

We do not refund sale items, including promotional or clearance products, unless they are faulty.

13. CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENTS

We accept cryptocurrency payments through on-chain or Lightning Network methods.

Please Note: Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. As a result, we consider all crypto sales final. If you request a return or cancellation, we will issue the refund as Store Credit for the equivalent amount, rather than reversing the original crypto transaction.

14. GIFTS

If you mark the purchase as a gift at checkout, we will issue returns as store credit. If you do not mark it as a gift, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

15. CUSTOMS & TAXES

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. If a package gets lost because you did not pay the customs fees, we cannot issue a refund.

17. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You are responsible for making sure that your returned items arrive safely. We strongly recommend that you use tracked and insured shipping. We cannot take responsibility for packages that get lost or damaged during return shipping.
