1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping policy ensures timely dispatch of all orders.
Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Cut-off Time: Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM (Beijing Time) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Weekends and Holidays: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be extended during holiday periods.
Please note that processing time is the time between placing your order and handing it over to the carrier, and does not include transit time.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
We adopt differentiated shipping policies based on your delivery region. Our shipping policy offers free shipping to China and flexible international rates.
2.1 MAINLAND CHINA AND HONG KONG (INCLUDING MACAU)
Free Shipping. All orders shipped to Mainland China and the Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions enjoy free shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.
2.2 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (ALL COUNTRIES AND REGIONS OUTSIDE CHINA)
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated dynamically based on weight and destination.
Calculation Method: The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in real-time at checkout based on the total weight of your cart and the destination address.
Final Shipping Cost: The shipping amount displayed at checkout is the actual cost you will pay, as calculated by our system.
Logistics Network: We maintain a professional and comprehensive logistics network. Based on the weight, destination, and delivery time requirements of your order, we will select the most suitable shipping solution to ensure your package arrives safely and efficiently.
Important Note: International shipping costs are subject to fluctuations due to fuel surcharges, exchange rates, peak season surcharges, and other factors. Please refer to the final amount displayed at checkout.
2.3 OVERSEAS WAREHOUSES (SELECT REGIONS)
To enhance delivery efficiency for international orders, we operate overseas warehouses in select countries and regions. This is a key part of our shipping policy for global customers.
International orders will be prioritized for shipment from overseas warehouses to shorten delivery times and reduce logistics costs.
If inventory is insufficient at the overseas warehouse, orders will be fulfilled from our domestic warehouses to ensure timely dispatch.
The actual shipping warehouse will be indicated in your shipping confirmation.
2.4 WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERS
For wholesale or bulk purchase orders, shipping costs will be determined separately based on the specific circumstances.

Shipping costs for wholesale orders are not subject to the automatic calculation at checkout and will be confirmed through mutual agreement.
3. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

4. SHIPPING ORIGINS
We intelligently select the optimal warehouse for shipment based on your delivery address, inventory availability, and logistics efficiency:
International orders are prioritized for shipment from overseas warehouses (if stock is available locally) to shorten delivery times.
If overseas warehouse inventory is insufficient, orders will be fulfilled from our domestic warehouses.
Domestic orders are prioritized for shipment from our Shenzhen warehouse.
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping warehouse based on inventory and logistics efficiency. The actual shipping warehouse will be indicated in your shipping confirmation.
5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note the following shipping restrictions before placing your order:
Restricted Destinations:

Countries and regions subject to international sanctions
Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery—please contact us if you are unsure
Product-Specific Restrictions:
Products containing batteries or hazardous materials may be subject to international shipping restrictions
Oversized or overweight products may not be eligible for certain shipping methods
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
For international orders, please note the following:
Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other customs-related fees
We cannot estimate customs fees—please check with your local customs office before placing an order
If a package is returned or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, we will not be liable and no refund will be issued
Customs Declaration:
We will declare the value of goods accurately based on the order amount
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information to ensure smooth customs clearance
7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your order by:

Logging into your account and viewing “Order History”
Please note that tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update.
8. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged in transit:
Damaged Packages:
If you receive damaged goods, please take photos immediately and keep the packaging materials
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 5 business days
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier after confirmation
Important:
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders
Orders placed without insurance may not be eligible for full compensation if lost or damaged in transit
9. INCORRECT ADDRESS AND DELIVERY FAILURES
If a package cannot be delivered for the following reasons:
Incorrect or incomplete address: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to correct the address. Reshipping costs due to address errors will be borne by the customer.
Delivery failure: If the carrier fails to deliver after multiple attempts (e.g., no one available to sign), the package will be returned. Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Order modifications: You may contact us to modify order details (address, products, etc.) within 2 hours of payment. After this period, the order may have entered the processing pipeline.
Order cancellations: If the order has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund. Orders that have already shipped will be subject to our Refund Policy.
