1.1 Hashrate & Power

What is the hashrate and power consumption of the LV06 home miner?
The LV06 delivers a typical hashrate of 500 GH/s (±10%) with a power consumption of 15W (±10%) at 25°C. This ultra-low power usage makes it an excellent entry-level home miner. It uses the SHA256 algorithm and requires a 5V/6A power adapter (AC input 100–240V).
What are the dimensions and weight of this solo miner?
The LV06 has a compact size of 105 × 60 × 33 mm without packaging. The net weight is only 136g, making it one of the most portable home miners available.
What are the AC input specifications for this home miner?
The AC input voltage range is 100–240V, with a frequency of 50/60Hz and an input current of 0.6A. The adapted AC output power requirement is 60W.
What are the hardware specifications of the LV06?
The LV06 features WiFi 2.4G/Hotspot connectivity. Its noise level is only 38 dBA at 25°C, making it very quiet for a home miner. The device operates within 0°C to 30°C and can be stored at temperatures between -20°C and 70°C.

4.1 WiFi & Power Issues

This solo miner powers on but cannot connect to WiFi. What should I do?
First, check the WiFi type. The LV06 only works with 2.4GHz WiFi. Do not use 5GHz networks. Next, check for special characters. The WiFi name and password must contain only English letters and numbers. Finally, if the control IC has not started, press the reset button 1–3 times while the device is powered on.
This home miner powers on, but the screen and fan do not work.
The power adapter output may not match what the device needs. Measure the adapter output voltage. If it is not 5V ± 10%, replace the adapter.
This solo miner powers on, the screen stays dark, but the fan works.
The control IC may not have started. Press the reset button 1–3 times while the device is powered on to reset the main control chip.
The adapter light does not light up or keeps flashing.
The adapter may not output power, or the output may be unstable. Replace the adapter with a compatible 5V/6A power adapter.
This miner runs with very low power consumption (<5W).
The control IC may not have started. Press the reset button 1–3 times while the device is powered on to reset the main control chip.

4.2 Hashrate & Stability Issues

WiFi is connected but this home miner restarts repeatedly.
This can happen for two reasons. First, the WiFi connection may be unstable. Switch to a stable WiFi or hotspot. Second, the mining pool resolution may have failed. Change to a different mining pool.
This solo miner keeps restarting and the hashrate is unstable.
Check the following:
  • WiFi instability: Change to a stable WiFi or hotspot.
  • Mining pool restrictions: Change to a locally allowed mining pool or a well-known pool.
  • Temperature: Keep the environment below 30°C and place the device in a well-ventilated area.
What should I check if the hashrate is zero?
Verify the following:
  • Mining pool address: Check the pool address carefully. Use miningpoolstats.stream/bitcoin for accurate information.
  • Port number: Different ports match different difficulty levels. Choose the right port for your hashrate.
  • Mining pool difficulty: Make sure your device's hashrate meets the pool's minimum difficulty. For example, 500G can access pools with difficulty below 1000.
  • Wallet address: Use the mainnet wallet address of the coin you are mining. For instance, a BTC address starts with 1, 3, or bc1.
  • Username: Some pools require a registered account. For these pools, fill in the miner name during configuration.

  1. Nora Grace

The 500 GH/s speed is not particularly fast, but the 13W power consumption is extremely energy-efficient. The background interface is very simple, all necessary functions are included, and the setup takes only a few minutes. Restarting once in hotspot mode is sufficient.

  2. Lucien Childe

Got this to see what home mining is like. It’s really small – fits on my desk without blocking anything. Quiet too, can barely hear it. 500 GH/s at 13W is fine for learning, but you won’t make money. Set up through WiFi was easy once I figured out the hotspot thing. Been running for two weeks straight. No crashes, no overheating. If you want to learn, it’s a good start.

  3. Gladys Steinbeck

the WiFi setup through the hotspot felt a bit clunky. Had to try twice before it connected. Once it’s connected, it stays connected, so that’s fine.

Thank you for the genuine feedback regarding WiFi settings. We have received some user feedback indicating that it is not the most seamless at the moment, but it works well after configuration. Additionally, we will further optimize and improve the user experience of this step of WiFi settings.

  4. Eve Samson

Bought this specifically to try solo mining. The LV06 handles it fine. 500 GH/s is low for solo, but that’s not the device’s fault – it’s just an entry-level miner. For the price, it’s a solid little machine. Quiet, low power, easy to use. The dashboard is basic but functional. I can switch mining modes easily. If you understand what you’re getting into, it’s a good purchase. If you think you’ll get rich off this, you won’t.

Spot on. Solo mining with an entry-level device is about learning, not profits. Thanks for the honest review.
