Performance & Operating Parameters Luckyaxe B101 · SHA-256
+

1.1 Hashrate, Power & Temperature

Is hashrate or power fluctuation normal?
Yes. Hashrate ±5% and power ±10% are within normal operating ranges.
What are the standard technical specifications of the B101?
The B101 is a desktop-class SHA-256 ASIC miner. Its standard specifications are: Hashrate of 1.8 - 2 TH/s, Power Consumption of 40W ±10%, and Operating Temp range of 0-35°C.
The device temperature seems high during operation. Is this an issue?
ASIC miners generate significant heat during operation. As long as the device operates within the specified temperature range (0 – 35 °C), this is normal.
Will the power consumption always stay at 40W?
No. Power consumption varies depending on the selected load, and ambient temperature. Values within 40W ±10% are normal.

+

2.1 Mining Configuration Options

What mining modes does the device support?
The device supports three main mining modes to suit different requirements:
- SOLO: Solo mining, suitable for testing and advanced users.
- PPLNS: Pool mining based on contributed hashpower (Pay Per Last N Shares).
- PPS: Stable payout pool mode (Pay Per Share).
What is the maximum Core Vol setting?
Do not set Core Vol above 1.30V. Higher values may trigger the power adapter’s protection and cause shutdown or instability.
Network Connection WiFi · RJ45 · Troubleshooting
+

3.1 Connectivity Settings

Does the device support 5G WiFi?
Yes. The device supports WiFi 2.4G/5G & RJ45 (100 Mbps). Network configuration is completed via the web management interface after power-on.
What should I do if the device cannot connect to the network or frequently disconnects?
Please check the following: Ensure the WiFi network is 2.4G/5G & RJ45, Check router signal strength, Verify network stability, and Remove potential sources of interference.
Cooling, Environment & Maintenance Noise · Dust · Ventilation
+

4.1 Thermal Management and Troubleshooting

The fan noise is loud after startup. Is this normal?
Yes. During startup or under high load, the PWM smart fan may increase speed to enhance cooling. This can temporarily increase noise (typical operating noise is below 40 dB). This is normal behavior.
Can the device be used in a closed cabinet or enclosed space?
No. Enclosed spaces restrict airflow and may cause overheating, throttling, or protective shutdown.
What should I do if performance decreases after long-term use?
Regularly check for dust buildup at the air intake and exhaust vents (heat pipe heatsink and fan) and maintain proper ventilation to ensure long-term stability.
Will the device resume mining automatically after a power outage?
Yes. If network and mining configurations remain unchanged, the device will automatically resume operation after power is restored.

5.1 Warranty, Power Supply and Legal Information

What is included in the package?
The package includes the Luckyaxe B101 Miner ×1, a User Manual ×1, and a 60W Switching Power Supply ×1.
What is the warranty period and coverage?
The device includes a 6-month warranty. The warranty is void if the device is disassembled, modified, uses unofficial firmware, or is damaged by improper use. No after-sales service is provided for unauthorized modifications.
Does the device guarantee mining profits?
No. Mining profitability depends on network difficulty, pool rules, electricity costs, and other external factors. The manufacturer is not liable for pool access or network issues.
Who is responsible for legal compliance?
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding cryptocurrency mining. Any legal liability and tax obligations arising from mining activities shall be borne by the user.

I was scrolling through my feed and saw a post about the B101. The 40W and quiet operation caught my eye. I’ve tried other home miners before (had a BG01 from Magicminer), but the B101 is noticeably quieter and runs cooler. The heat pipe cooling actually works – it’s not just marketing. I’ve run it 24/7 for 10 days and it’s barely warm.
Setup took about 10 minutes. WiFi 5G is a nice touch – most home miners only do 2.4G. One thing: the web interface is basic. But it’s functional, so I’m not complaining. Good little machine.

    I’ve had a Lucky Miner LV06 and an LV07 before. When I saw the B101, I figured I’d give it a shot. The B101 is a step up in hash rate – 1.8-2 TH/s at only 40W. That’s way more efficient than my LV07 (1 TH/s at 25W).
The heat pipe cooling is noticeably better. Noise is low – <40dB is accurate. I have it in my home office and it's quieter than my desktop fan.
Setup was easy. WiFi 5G connected on the first try. The web interface is clean. Only complaint: the DC jack power connector feels a bit old-school compared to USB-C or PCIe. But the included 60W power supply works fine.
